General Shipping Information

We mainly ship to the the United Kingdom and the United States. 

✳But please note that as the clothes are handmade, our production time takes 5 bussiness days, this time is not included in the shipping time.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. You can visit our tracking order page to track your package anytime.

Canceled Orders

Kindly notify our customer service to cancel orders by contacting service@sweetearing.co.uk.

The order is canceled in the following situations:
If your order was placed before 7 pm (GMT) on the same day, you can cancel the order by contacting service@sweetearing.co.uk before 7 pm (GMT) on the same day.
If the order was placed after 7 pm (GMT) on the same day, you can cancel the order by contacting service@sweetearing.co.uk within 24 hours.

However, once the order has entered the production process, the order cannot be canceled.

Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & contact information.

We cannot cancel your order for you if the package is in transit. Please wait for your order to be delivered and then contact our customer service email service@sweetearing.co.uk to deal it with you.

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

We ship via all major carriers, including ROYAL MAIL, DHL, FEDEX, UPS , EMS, K - Post, among others. Sweetearing UK will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

After the items are processed and leave the warehouse, it usually takes 5-7 business days to reach the destination.

Customers must complete a correct shipping address with APT#, SUITE#, UNIT#, SPACE#, BUILDING#, etc. for delivering your orders.

Please be advised to place an order as early as possible for national holiday shopping, weddings, prom, graduation, etc.

ORDER PROCESSING

All suits are handmade and take 3 - 5 days to make before dispatching. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, holiday orders will be processed on business days. No weekend delivery or shipping. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.

Tracking number

After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, with a tracking number included.

Foreign transaction fees

If your credit card account is in a currency other than GBP, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in GBP when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in GBP through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
